Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the Pachinko Luck Lounge venue, website, bookings, memberships and services — the short, readable version of a long legal conversation.
Last updated: 1 October 2026 · Pachinko Luck Lounge Melbourne Pty Ltd
These terms apply to every guest who enters the venue, uses pachinkoluck.com or books a service with us. They're written to be read, not hidden — if anything here is unclear, ask a host or email us before you book.
Key points at a glance
18+ always
Licensed venue — photo ID at the door, no exceptions for any guest or event.
Confirmed = binding
The price and inclusions confirmed at booking are what you pay — all-in, in writing.
Fair play both ways
Guests follow house rules; we honour every posted rate, refund window and machine rule.
The venue and who's welcome
Pachinko Luck Lounge is a licensed entertainment venue restricted to guests aged 18 and over. Photo ID is required at entry — driver's licence, passport or proof-of-age card — and we reserve the right to refuse entry where ID can't be produced or where entry would breach our licence or responsible-play obligations.
Guests are expected to follow floor etiquette, staff directions and posted house rules. We may refuse service or ask guests to leave for abusive behaviour, intoxication, machine misuse or conduct that affects other patrons' safety or enjoyment.
Bookings, memberships and sessions
When you book a session, parlour, event or lesson with us:
- Booking confirmations are sent by email — your booking is held once confirmed.
- Prices are in AUD including GST; the price confirmed at booking is the price you pay.
- Memberships renew monthly until cancelled in writing; benefits apply while active.
- Session trays and tokens are issued per session and governed by posted machine rules.
Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy. No-shows forfeit deposits where a deposit was taken.
Machines, tokens and prizes
Pachinko machines pay out in tokens, which exchange for prizes at the counter at posted rates. Tokens are valid for 12 months from issue and are non-transferable to other guests' accounts except under posted group-pooling rules.
We don't guarantee machine availability, specific prize stock, or winnings of any amount — machines are games of chance played for entertainment. Reported machine faults are investigated and remedied in line with the machine's posted rules.
Our terms exist so nobody is surprised — the game should be the only gamble.
Who this document applies to
- All venue guests — entry to the lounge constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Bookers — sessions, parlours, parties and corporate events booked with us.
- Website users — anyone using pachinkoluck.com including forms and bookings.
Website use
Content on pachinkoluck.com is provided for information and booking purposes. Prices, hours, menus and event details are updated regularly but may change; the binding version is always what's confirmed at booking or posted at the venue.
You may not misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with forms, scraping content at scale, or submitting false information through enquiry forms. Site content (text, branding, images) is our property and can't be reproduced commercially without permission.
Liability
To the extent Australian Consumer Law permits:
- We're not liable for losses arising from machine play beyond the token value issued.
- Personal property remains your responsibility on the premises.
- Website use is at your own risk; we don't warrant uninterrupted availability.
- Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law.
Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to resupplying the affected service or its cost, at our option, to the extent the law allows.
Changes and disputes
Terms are reviewed annually and updated on this page; the version in force is always published here. Material changes affecting existing bookings are notified by email and honoured under the terms in force at booking.
Disputes are handled under Victorian law — raise concerns with us first (we resolve most in a conversation), and both parties agree to Victorian jurisdiction where formal resolution is needed.

Still unsure about something?
Legal documents are dense by nature. If a section isn't clear, ask — we'd rather explain a clause than have a guest misunderstand it.
