Pricing Questions

Money talk, straight

Anything unclear, ask before you play — hosts quote exact figures at the desk.

No — entry is always free, 18+ only. You only pay for ball trays, food, drinks and any booked services like parlours or packages.
The free beginner lesson includes a machine and starter tray — genuinely $0. After that, a $25 classics tray is the budget-friendly way in.
If you visit twice a month or more, Player's Club pays for itself — the 10% token bonus alone typically covers the fee, before reservations and priority entry. Casual guests are fine on the free Guest tier.
Full refund or credit up to 48 hours before the booking; inside that window we reschedule free once. Everything is spelled out in the refund policy.
Yes — digital gift cards from $50, redeemable on trays, dining and packages. Buy them at the front desk or through contact us and we'll email one over.
